Requested account permissions

View and manage the files in your Google Drive.

View and manage Google Drive files and folders that you have opened or created with this app.
The Service uses these permissions exclusively to search for spreadsheets and files in your Google Drive. We do not store any file content.

See, edit, create, and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive
This permission allows autofile.ML to create, view and modify existing spreadsheets. The Service uses it exclusively to: Transfer data from one spreadsheet into another; Assist the user into creating new spreadsheets while creating a new connection; It creates temporary spreadsheets, stored in the user’s Google Drive folder called ‘temp-folder’. Those temporary folder is used to speed up update process and can be deleted by the user at any time.
Google Apps Script
Allow this application to run when you are not present.
This permission is used exclusively for the product to update your connections automatically.
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications.
This permission is required for you to be able to open the autofile.ML sidebar in your Google Sheets.
Connect to an external service
This permission allows autofile.ML to create a network connection between the Google Sheet and Wave Services.
Enables autofile.ML to work offline even when the user isn’t active. This permission is used exclusively for the product to update your connections automatically.
Information collection and use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. The Service shall not transfer or share the data with third parties without your prior express consent. Furthermore, the Service shall rectify any inexact or incomplete data and shall eliminate them when they cease to be necessary or pertinent for their purpose.
Types and usage of data collected
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Files and spreadsheets data
In order to the Service deliver to you the offered features, some files or spreadsheets metadata information are collected. The Service does not store any copies of the content of your files or spreadsheets. The only data we will keep your spreadsheets are:
Size, number of used cells, creation date, last modified date, ID, name, timezone and locale of the file
Name, ID, data in the header (row 1)
List of the email address and the names of all collaborators of the file
autofile.ML. uses the collected data above to: Save the connections between the spreadsheets and Wave for you; Run automatic connections updates for you; Enable the possibility to edit the connection; Provide statistics of users files, and if they are active, obsolete or redundant; Provide statistics on usage; Perform risk analysis by alerting the user to third-party users that have access to their files or spreadsheets.
We handle data confidentially and implements the appropriate technical and administrative measures for the adequate management of data as set forth by any applicable legislation regarding Data Protection.
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Security of data
The security of your data is important to us and we don’t store any data contained in your files in our database, with the exception of the data in the header row (row 1) of all spreadsheet tabs. The rest of the data in your files never leaves Google Drive until pushed to Wave or other accounting system chosen by you, and therefore inherits the entire security structure from Google Drive to ensure that it remains in your chosen environment. Furthermore, all interactions between your Google account and our Service occur over a secure HTTPS connection.
